Tambi\u00e9n pueden fingir cargos bancarios urgentes y pedir datos sensibles como NIP, contrase\u00f1as o claves mediante mensajes SMS, todo mediante enga\u00f1o sin amenazas directas. De igual manera, pueden hacerse pasar por un familiar en el extranjero, o un familiar que se accident\u00f3, que lo detuvieron, etc\u00e9tera.<\/li><li><strong>Extorsiones telef\u00f3nicas:<\/strong> los delincuentes tienden a generar (mediante coacci\u00f3n), intimidaci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica, simulando secuestros virtuales, amenazas de muerte o supuesto personal armado afuera del domicilio en vigilancia o seguimiento, esto con la finalidad de generar p\u00e1nico y exigir dep\u00f3sitos inmediatos, retiros sin tarjeta, compras de tarjetas electr\u00f3nicas o recargas telef\u00f3nicas.<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>En este tipo de delitos ocasionalmente se reproducen grabaciones con voces de personas que al momento de la coacci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica hacen parecer que es un familiar o persona cercana a la v\u00edctima. Los delincuentes hacen diversas llamadas previo a cometer la extorsi\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica, toda vez que van obteniendo datos de personas y horarios en cada llamada, desde distintos n\u00fameros, por lo que es importante nunca identificarse en una llamada cuando no se conoce con quien se est\u00e1 hablando.<\/p><p>Para efecto de conocer la forma en que operan este tipo de delincuentes, hay que recordar que suelen dirigirse a personas cercanas al propietario del negocio u hogar, especialmente cuando:<\/p><ul><li>Son quienes contestan el tel\u00e9fono (secretarias, asistentes, empleadas dom\u00e9sticas, ni\u00f1eras, personal de intendencia, vigilantes o recepcionistas).<\/li><li>Cuentan con informaci\u00f3n sobre rutinas, horarios, lugares de trabajo, nombres de familiares, instituciones bancarias donde tienen cuentas, claves internas, etc\u00e9tera.<\/li><li>Tienen acceso a documentos, claves, archivos, pagos o informaci\u00f3n bancaria.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><br \/>El modo en que operan, normalmente, es el siguiente:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Realizan llamadas telef\u00f3nicas haci\u00e9ndose pasar por autoridades o jefes inmediatos, pidiendo &#8220;apoyo urgente&#8221;, discreci\u00f3n, pagos o transferencias inmediatas.<\/li><li>Simulan un secuestro virtual, afirmando que un familiar ha sido &#8220;levantado&#8221;, exigiendo que el personal &#8220;no cuelgue&#8221; y siga instrucciones.<\/li><li>Solicitan datos confidenciales alegando que se trata de &#8220;verificaci\u00f3n bancaria&#8221;, &#8220;entrega de paqueter\u00eda&#8221;, &#8220;expedici\u00f3n de licencias de giro&#8221; o supuestas &#8220;auditor\u00edas&#8221;.<\/li><li>Recientemente se ha detectado que utilizan grabaciones o inteligencia artificial para clonar voces o reproducir frases grabadas, lo que confunde a\u00fan m\u00e1s al personal no entrenado y coaccionado psicol\u00f3gicamente.<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/><strong>En virtud de lo anterior, les recomendamos que ocasionalmente realicen una capacitaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica a su personal:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Dejar claro que nunca deben proporcionar datos personales, bancarios ni internos por tel\u00e9fono, mucho menos horarios o rutinas, de nadie.<\/li><li>Indicar que cuelguen de inmediato ante cualquier llamada que involucre amenazas, presi\u00f3n, chantaje, instrucciones sospechosas o afirmaciones como &#8220;no puedes colgar&#8221;.<\/li><li>Proporcionar un protocolo interno, explicarles que deben de informar a alg\u00fan encargado o superior a cargo respecto a cualquier llamada o cuesti\u00f3n que les resulte sospechosa, no tomar decisiones por ellos mismos.<\/li><li>Explicarles que ninguna persona ajena debe recoger paquetes, que nadie debe entregar efectivo o permitir accesos, salvo previa confirmaci\u00f3n directa y segura.<\/li><li>Dejar claro al personal que no est\u00e1n autorizados a realizar pagos, tr\u00e1mites o transferencias por ning\u00fan medio si nadie de la empresa o domicilio se los ha pedido, o cuestiones que sean ajenas a sus funciones.<\/li><li>Restringir el acceso a informaci\u00f3n como rutinas, nombres de clientes, nombres de otros empleados, ubicaciones de personas, veh\u00edculos en que se trasladan, montos en cuentas bancarias, etc\u00e9tera.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><br \/>Por \u00faltimo, en el supuesto de que reciban llamadas sospechosas en su oficina u hogar:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Mantengan la calma, no se dejen intimidar ni entren en p\u00e1nico.<\/li><li>Cuelguen inmediatamente si sospechan que es extorsi\u00f3n o fraude telef\u00f3nico. No respondan preguntas ni compartan informaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Verifiquen personalmente con su superior jer\u00e1rquico o familiar en caso de amenazas de secuestro o accidente.<\/li><li>No ingresen a enlaces ni compartan datos por SMS, WhatsApp o redes sociales<\/li><li>Si por la naturaleza del negocio responden llamadas de n\u00fameros desconocidos o con clave internacional inusual, eval\u00faen la situaci\u00f3n con calma y a conciencia.<\/li><li>No descarguen ni hagan clic en enlaces sospechosos recibidos por correo, SMS o mensajer\u00eda.<\/li><li>Protejan datos personales y contrase\u00f1as, usando claves seguras y cambi\u00e1ndolas con frecuencia. Eviten publicar informaci\u00f3n sobre viajes o rutinas familiares.<\/li><li>Dialoguen, ya sea en el negocio o en la familia, est\u00e9n atentos y acuerden no ceder ante presiones, primero hay que confirmar la informaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Documenten cada caso que les resulte sospechoso.
