Luis Barragán is the firm's Managing Partner and leads the firm's institutional strategy, with a current practice focused on Corporate and Business Law.

He graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente. He holds diploma credentials in Personal Data Protection (Universidad Panamericana) and Corporate Law (Escuela Libre de Derecho).

He has worked at Medina Abogados, VAHG, and Castillo Ochoa Abogados.
