Jorge Luis Hernández Preciado is a partner of the firm, with a current practice in Corporate and Business Law and Intellectual Property, particularly in matters with an international component.

He holds a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente and a Master's Degree in Intellectual Property from Universidad Panamericana (Mexico City). He also holds diploma credentials in Programming and Constitutional Injunction Proceedings (Amparo) from Tecnológico de Monterrey.


He has worked as an associate at ML Abogados and Notaría 43 de Guadalajara, as Operations Director at INTELEX, and as a founding partner of Riggen Hernández.
